Yoga Hikes in Asheville: Appalachian Asanas

Join a yoga hike and find your center in some of the oldest mountains in the world.  On our yoga hikes, we explore the rhythms of nature among our local flora and fauna, while moving and breathing mindfully.  ALL levels and bodies are welcome.

Trail Ready: 8 Week Training Itinerary:

Week 1-: Ground; Finding your foundation with your feet

Week 2: Flow; Increasing mobility in your hips

Week 3: Ascend; Waking up your power 

Week 4: Center; Moving from your core

Week 5: Balance; cultivating harmony through opposition

Week 6: Listen; Orienting through sound and vibrations

Week 7: See; Navigating with light

Week 8: Breathe; 森林浴 Shinrin Yoku
